Robert Mand, Esquire, Partner, founder of the firm, has practiced in the employee benefits field since 1972. Through Bob's extensive retirement plan practice, and using powerful, IRS-approved plan designs, he has seen many clients retire with substantial assets in their plan, allowing them to enjoy an enhanced and secure retirement. Bob has written for many publications, including Taxation for Accountants and Taxation for Lawyers. He has received an AV© rating from Martindale Hubbell©, the highest rating awarded for legal ability and professional ethics. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from the New York University School of law. Bob is also an avid amateur photographer. Kenneth Marblestone, Esquire, Partner, has practiced in the employee benefits field since 1978, and has lectured extensively on employee benefits and other tax issues to such groups as the NYU Institute of Taxation, the Tax Executives Institute, the New York State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Ken has written for many publications, including the Journal of Pension Planning and Compliance, Taxation for Accountants and Taxation for Lawyers. He has received an AV© rating from Martindale Hubbell©, the highest rating awarded for legal ability and professional ethics. Ken is a graduate of the University of Rochester (A.B. cum laude, 1970) and Harvard Law School (J.D. 1973). Ken is currently President of the ASPPA Benefits Council of the Delaware Valley and serves on the Board of the Neshaminy Valley Music Theatre. Lori Gordon, CEO and Partner, was previously a partner in a national consulting firm with a focus in forensic accounting and information management services. Lori's twenty years of experience working with diverse businesses of all sizes help her work directly with business owners to identify key challenges that may be resolved via a more powerful and flexible retirement plan design. Examples include recruiting and retention, succession planning, and creative performance incentive programs. Lori is an active member of the business community and is a frequent guest speaker and panelist. Lori received a B.A. in Business Administration (cum laude) from Hope College.
